HVAC units reliable and efficient, but cost not included in rent.
Cons
Common area always filthy and looks horrible. Needs new paint and more consistent cleaning.
Advice to the owners
Paint common area and have cleaners come twice a month for common areas
Not sure this is a legal rental

Space, high ceilings, modern amenities, roof access, fair rent prices
Cons
Terrible landlords. Unresponsive to female tenants. Roof deck in constant disarray, leaks into apartments and they never properly fix. Building does not seem to have COO.
Advice to the owners
Respond to your tenants and fix things properly.
