Affordable Housing what can you expect

Pros:
Not many issues with power, heating, water pressure or temp at least one elevator is functioning at all times
Cons:
building was constructed fast and poorly so after 20 something years moulding, windows, etc are falling apart, huge mouse and roach problem, new management is shady
