Great building, clean, quiet, good staff.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location right by the ferry - private cul-de-sac great for cars/dropping off from ubers or loading groceries/packages. Good staff, lots of shade outside, gym, best rooftop in the city. Board really cares about the success of the building.
Cons:
They are replacing the elevators - however short-term pain for long-term better situation. They are already more than 50% done with the project so not a big deal (writing this as of summer 2025)

Very responsive and helpful reception. Always clean. Love the gym.
Cons:
Central heater only turns on below 50F.
