Don’t let the apt size fool you
Pros
The first floor is ginormous for a NYC apt. You have 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is on a separate floor so you’re not near roommates. Shared living space is decent but it also comes with a backyard and basement access
Cons
Electrical bills are astronomical because of a shared meter situation that the owner refused to fix. Rodents and roaches - owner sent someone maybe 2x over the course of about five years Tenant is responsible for garbage management and he will blame you if he gets a ticket from the city

Take better care of the premises and your tenants
