This is a great place
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is newer so it’s less dirty. I love the safety door. Nobody can just walk in off the street. The elevator is a huge plus. I haven’t had any bugs since I moved in 2 years ago.
Cons:
The maintenance guy is really slow to fix things. I don’t like the dryer in the basement, I have to pay more than once to dry my clothes. And there is only one washer and one dryer. I’d prefer to have a washer and dryer in my unit.
Advice to owner:
Think about including washers and dryers in the units, get more than one maintenance person.
