Laundry in the basement (that sometimes didn't work)
Cons:
Owners/management (unclear who was in charge here, something we had to deal with extensively upon the litigation mentioned below) were extremely unresponsive, many issues with electricity, water supply, gas (took us 3 weeks to get them to turn the gas on after move-in!), things were constantly breaking, and they were almost impossible to reach. Not sure if they provide a super at all. One time the doorknob broke and we got locked inside and had to call the fire department to help us out because there was no other way. Then they stole our security deposit, we got a court judgment against them to get it back, and have still not been able to get our money back!
