Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenants at 47 MC KEEVER PLACE appreciate the proximity to Prospect Park, affordable prices, and spacious units. The responsive management and friendly neighbors are highlighted as positives. However, elevator issues have caused inconvenience, with frequent breakdowns affecting accessibility. Some suggest improvements in elevator maintenance to enhance the overall experience despite decent water pressure and friendly residents. Overall, the building is recommended for its location, views, and affordability, but attention to elevator upkeep is crucial for tenant satisfaction.

I like it
Former Tenant
Pros:
Cheap, great location, has good views, has nice neighbors, and very responsive management.
Cons:
Trash room could be cleaner. People always leave their trash in the room and that bothers me.

Great view, terrible when elevator broken
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great proximity to Prospect Park, I had an amazing view being on the 21st floor. I lived here with friends and it was incredibly affordable especially for the amount of space and storage we had.
Cons:
The elevator was broken frequently (there are 3 and sometimes 2 would be broken at the same time) and I have had to climb 21 flights of stairs to get back to my unit because I didn't have 30 minutes to wait for the elevator amongst all the other tenants.
Advice to owner:
Please fix the elevators
