In a beautiful neighborhood, I have no real big complaints. Every worked as it should and was resolved within a week. The landlord is nice and reasonable. The neighbors are nice & look out for each other. Lots of awesome amenities. I recommend this building to anyone!
There's no AC so I used fans, but you can buy your own.
