    Spacious and quiet unit
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Spacious unit with outdoor patio space. Just 1 other residential unit and store underneath so generally quiet. Responsive landlord. 10 min walk to L train.
    Cons:
    Some cockroaches during summer months. Unit is fine but a bit run down. No dishwasher or built in air con. Laundromat is 10 min walk.
