Pros

pet friendly, great water pressure, spacious, great location close to prospect park and restaurants

Cons

Noisy street, especially in the summer, but that comes with being close to all the action.

Great landlord, super responsive.

Street entrance, lots of windows, nice window sills, landlord pretty responsive

Cons

Annual rent increases and too high, especially without any improvements to the apartment, poor ventilation in bathrooms without windows

Advice to the owners

Better ventilation for windowless bathrooms, lower or more periodic rent increases especially for long-standing tenants, periodic improvements (not just repairs) for long-standing tenants
