-Good transit access -Super does respond to concerns -Good value
-Heat was not good, landlord provided space heaters but did not offer to pay for heat -At one point in 2017, squatters moved into the ground floor and would have loud parties in the yard (management worked very hard to evict the squatters and eventually did)
