I hate this place
Pros
- It’s in a great location - big apt
Cons
- things constantly break and it takes months to fix - pests - 50% change heat might be on - mold - super does not do his job (terrible garbage management, large rats always outside, front of the building always looks unkempt) - broken window(s) - old pipes - leaking/cracks in the ceilings - there are times when there isn’t hot water - broken intercom for years (old building) - holes - restaurant/bar underneath is very lout late at night - old/loud radiators
