This place is huge. Has 3 decent size bedrooms and a large open living room and kitchen.
Needs to be fully renovated. Leaks, paint peeling, pipes make noise and leak. Fridge leaks and the stove is very cheap and always leaks gas. This entire place needs an upgrade.
Look at the pipes and gas line! Fully renovate.
