Pros:
Good neighborhood and the delis rock
Cons:
The landlord does not give back the security deposit to pretty much anyone and I’ve spoken to several neighbors that moved out. The maintenance people take forever to return messages. I know a neighbor that didn’t have a functioning toilet for weeks. The electricity is through the rough and they refuse to investigate why the bill is so high. The machines in the building are always down even after it’s brought to their attention.
Advice to owner:
Return peoples money and take care of your tenants better

...consist parties and endless amounts of random people in the building.
