Spacious, good lighting, decent rent, relatively responsive (with caveats)
Cons:
Middle bedroom is not a legal bedroom and advertising it as such is misleading. A bedroom must have an openable window in NY and there is just an inoperable skylight. Took us 2.5 years to get an AC solution in there.
Heat has turned off multiple times in the middle of the winter.
Landlord is relatively responsive, but wont take action until you threaten to withhold rent or find offer to hire an outside service provider (ex. plumber, hvac, etc)
Landlord colluding with neighbor to violate a stop work order by allowing construction workers to go through basement and enter neighbor house from back.
