Not worth the price
Pros
- Fairly responsive to requests - Size of apartments - Paid rent late sometimes, wasn’t an issue
Cons
- More expensive than it should be, and wasn’t offered any form of COVID flexibility - Trash is often scattered in the front area - Roaches and mice - Took a lot of work to get our security deposit back. We almost had to take the landlord to small claims court to retrieve it. - Every noise on the street can be heard from inside, and it is an especially noisy block for some reason
