Landlord charged $100 for the application fee to this place. NYC law states they can only charge $20. Tells you what you need to know about how you will be treated here.
Former Tenant
Pros:
washer dryer in unit.
Cons:
its a pretty gross building. hasnt been cleaned in forever and you can tell its just a run down place
Advice to owner:
