A lovely home that served us well for the time we needed.
Pros
Ample square footage, huge south-facing windows, updated finishes, en suite bathroom, closets and hall closet, heat control, dishwasher, responsive landlord, close to the train, functioning security camera.
Cons
No access to the yard/outdoor space, a few instances of roaches from building next door, main entrance cleaning neglected for a while, no laundry, loud upstairs neighbors.
Advice to the owners
It would be very helpful to have a consistent cleaning schedule for the main stairwell, but we appreciate how responsive you were for most requests!
