Overall Solid Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great management and super! Neighbors are very friendly. Building has great amenities, lobby, elevator, patio, washer/dryer hookups, balconies, and across the street from citibike. Close to the ferry. Ft Greene/Clinton Hill is great too.
Cons:
Not much honestly. Tends to be young people and families, so sometimes you hear your neighbors, but not bad in general. Balcony is small and overlooks the BQE; can be loud as a result during the day, but its generally quiet.
Advice to owner:
Excellent overall, and I would love to live here again. The super is great, and has become the gold standard for a super in my head.
