Nice but expensive

Pros:
No bugs or rats an nice roof view
Cons:
Had a gas leak an the air conditioner go out an needed fixed ( they did but very inconvenient)

Newer appliances, great location, roof access
Cons:
Small fridge, no microwave, overall small space, extremely sensitive smoke detector that goes off whenever you use the oven above 300 degrees

Good short/long term spot

Pros:
It’s very clean when we got inside the apartment they do have some minor repairs to paint they have to get a dress wants moving in but the landlord is very active with your needs most of the apt are shared but if you can afford it it’s nice most full 2 BR 1 bath in the building is around 2200

Cons:
The mail has been my main struggle some apt get send to different building from time too time
Advice to owner:
Keep being understand to your renters I feel your doing great and you do pretty good for my issues I can’t speak for everybody but my apt is great
