Watch out for tenant on 3rd floor.

Cheap rent. Landlord is nice.

Cons

Extremely disruptive 3rd floor tenant, will scream all night "singing" from 3am to 8 am, throws loud parties, smell of paint everywhere. Will threaten you if you try to talk it out. Empties dirty paint water over the edge of the balcony onto lower neighbours. He will stomp on floor, scream in staircase, masturbates loudly, does weird construction sounds (nailing into the floor?) during the night. A lot of drugs and alcohol. If N. S. B. is still living on 3rd floor, please be careful. It will be a horrible experience.
