    Cheap, pets allowed no fee, most of apt 1 is easily accessible
    Cons:
    Landlord response time, bugs, mice/rats, floods, mold, heating, garbage everywhere all the time, useless backyard, constant heat/hot water problems, subpar interior layouts, people have a hard time finding this address?
