I lucked out with my roommates and I have fond memories of the apartment. Our unit was well-maintained, both by the occupants and the management co.
Cons:
Unfortunately, the upstairs neighbors were awful and we never really got much support in dealing with them.
Advice to owner:
Value your good tenants. Give them a reason to stay and maybe they will.

Pros:
Nice basement and backyard.
Cons:
Basement sometimes flooded if you didn’t check the drain when it rained and make sure it wasn’t clogged. Electricity is weird and some of our lights were wonky.
