Just typical Brooklyn apartments
Pros
The A/C works very well and efficient. Electric bills are not too high. Appliances are new and fresh. Open kitchen and living room. Two floors with lots of space.
Cons
The response from management, there was a leak from the main bedroom shower to downstairs that has never been fixed. Things were not finished in the bathrooms at all. Rushed work on remodel. Rats and mice around the neighborhood. Neighbors across the way are loud and rowdy. Dirty area, train can be bothersome. Ants from backyard even when bug repellent and kitchens cleaned all the time. Very thin walls can hear everything from neighbors on both sides. Doesn’t feel as safe, my car got a bullet hole in my trunk randomly.
