Not worth it
Pros
It’s a good location, and was a good price for the area when I lived there. The bedrooms are all equal in size, have a closet and good amount of space
Cons
No amenities but it’s to be expected for the price. No windows in living areas, just in the bedrooms. The management was awful and unresponsive, did not fix anything, I think they have new management now but I’m not 100% certain. Terrible issue with rats and the trash, trash is kept right by front door to the building and was rarely taken out. We also had an issue with mice in our apt. The walls are incredibly thin and you can hear anything and everything the neighbors do
