Application process was quick, kitchen equipment worked well.
Ceiling had a massive leak from the bathtub upstairs that they never came to fix. Getting the super to come fix anything was a massive pain. My bedroom was a converted garage that had no heating element so I froze in the winter.
Install heating in every room. Hire a super who shows up on time.
