    Slum lord Warning

    Pros:
    Close to Highland park
    Cons:
    Landlord refuses to maintain apt. There is mold in the bathroom. Boiler needs work for over a year and has not been fixed. There has been several ceiling leaks and landlord refuses to get professional help and patches it up himself. Overall, not worth the headache as landlord only wants his monthly rent without the responsibility of maintaining apt.
