Location is okay and the apartment has some potential.
This had to the single worse living experience of my life. We lived above a couple who smoked cigs 24/7 on top of screaming at each other all the time. Donovan the landlord didn’t care and in fact defended them. Horrible place to live.
Don’t be a Homophobic landlord. Maybe don’t be a landlord at all. You’re not good at it.
