Need more responsive management

Pros

Large spaces and good outdoor space. Usually very quiet.

Cons

Termite infestation. Bottom floor flooded whenever there was heavy rain and management never fixed it. Sometimes the front door wouldn’t open and people had to go through the window. Heater doesn’t get very warm. Cold water only in showers on multiple occasions.

Cons

Building management is completely non-responsive. We had obligations written into our lease that were never fulfilled despite frequent reminders. Also If something breaks it will take months for someone to come fix
