    Great neighborhood, friendly neighbors, nice place
    Cons:
    None, maybe overall nyc less safe after pandemic

    Close to both the L and M trains. Neighborhood is great
    Cons:
    Landlord won't help with any problems with the apartment. If you need something fixed, it's your responsibility. Landlord expected us to show the apartment for her, when we declined, she went after our security deposit.
