Really affordable, kind neighbors, spacious, plenty of storage, updated
Ceilings and walls are thin. I can hear anytime my neighbors take a shower (pipes make a cracking noise in the wall). Neighbors are very kind but I can hear every single movement from the moment they wake up, making it hard to sleep even with ear plugs
Be more responsive and do some sound insulation work in the future
