worst landlord ever

The good thing is you pay for my own heat and gas.
Cons
No hot water. No place to put garbage. she complains if you are making nose. Not allowed to have company it's too much for her. If she feels you using too much water, she cuts it off. she is raciest against black African Americans. she knocks and calls all hours. She will call the cops on you. This will not be the best place to live if you love to be independent. Neighbors stated no tenants has lasted the most is 6 months. She lessons to when you are home. She has a camera watching your apartment. She takes your packages; her yard is crazy with bushes.
Advice to the owners
Do better.
