Renters approve of the building's owners
not noisy, parking space, warm in winter
landlord could care less about the apartment. it has not been renovated even once. water pipes are exploding and he simply does nothing. you have to make all repairs yourself and he will not reimburse you. something is always broken - pipes, electricity, boiler etc. upstairs neighbors are the worst - super noisy and arrogant.
