Nice location, subpar management, issues with building

Pros:
-Washer/dryer in unit -Good location and neighbors -No big pest problems
Cons:
-Management hard to get ahold of -Sketchy experiences with supers -Bad insulation - utilities are expensive -Mold & leakage issues -Plumbing issues - shower and sink are constantly clogged
