    Nice modern 1bd
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Renovated a few years ago, has three 1bd units on the 2nd floor with owner living above. Central heat and a/c, good appliances, high ceilings. Nice owner.
    Cons:
    Shared laundry with payment; small closets.
