Fine but has issues

Pros:
It's great to be right next to HVK, the huge living room is great and the bedrooms are fairly big with lots of closet space.
Cons:
Often hard to get in contact with the management, apartment is poorly maintained and old. We had an issue with heat not working but it was (eventually) fixed. There was a leaking ceiling in one of the bedrooms.

Pros:
Amount of space for the cost, good light in all rooms.
Cons:
Building is dirty and lights are constantly out in entry way. Broken mailboxes that haven’t been repaired despite requests. The heat hasn’t worked multiple years in a row and management has to be hounded to get it turned on or repaired. The roof leaks and management has only patched it temporarily once. Other tenants in the building have screaming fights and leave garbage loose outside of the building. The floors were painted black but never had a protective coating added so the paint comes off with foot traffic. Many other issues with the building.
Advice to owner:
Maintain the property and provide basic repairs to ensure the health and safety of tenants.
