horrible landlord, avoid!

Pros:
small building, quiet neighbors
Cons:
had a horrible experience living here for one year. landlords are NOT responsive and do not care when things break. the super was helpful but he was rarely called in to help. they let appliances be broken for longer than a week and didn't care despite my consistent calls. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

It's great to be right next to HVK, the huge living room is great and the bedrooms are fairly big with lots of closet space.
Cons:
Often hard to get in contact with the management, apartment is poorly maintained and old. We had an issue with heat not working but it was (eventually) fixed. There was a leaking ceiling in one of the bedrooms.
