building and location are great
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very clean and the staff is the absolute best. Every single person that works here is super friendly. The location couldn't be better, by almost every subway line possible within a 10-minute walk. It's an 8-minute walk from Dekalb, many stores, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby.
Cons:
There's a construction right across the street and the noise cancellation is not the best.

A lovely building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super friendly neighbors Amazing building staff Location near lots of public transportation Beautiful apartments Rarely hear noise from neighbors Community feel
Cons:
Elevators are atrocious. There is no freight elevator so anytime someone moves or they’re picking up recycling from each floor it can be tough to get downstairs. And sometimes they break which is even more brutal. Small amount of laundry units per residents. Don’t think many folks have in unit laundry if any so it can be competitive. It’s Downtown Brooklyn, so there can be some sketchy people nearby at times.
