    Pros:
    Location is great, close to the train and good places in Bushwick.
    Cons:
    Leaked every time it rained and they don't fix it, packages constantly get stolen and no one cares, people smoke in the stairs, and are loud as hell. It also took 2 weeks for them to fix our A/C.
    Advice to owner:
    Please install security cameras and fix the leak problem.

    No communication, dirty backyard lots of trash and dead rats everywhere, and the list goes on !
