    Pros:
    Central AC, control your own heat, close to several subway lines
    Cons:
    Washer dryers never worked, had mice problems and it took several phone calls to have management take it seriously. I also HATE the kitchen cabinets with hinges at the top. They broke often and I had to balance the door on my head to get anything out of them.
    Advice to owner:
    Listen to tenets that come with problems and take them seriously even if they are young.

    Pros:
    Location is great, close to the train and good places in Bushwick.
    Cons:
    Leaked every time it rained and they don't fix it, packages constantly get stolen and no one cares, people smoke in the stairs, and are loud as hell. It also took 2 weeks for them to fix our A/C.
    Advice to owner:
    Please install security cameras and fix the leak problem.
