A lot of space in the unit which is hard to find in nyc
We are in the first floor unit and have many cockroaches. The exterminator comes once a week, but I find a few every morning that I need to kill. Additionally, we have had a number of leaks over our 2 year stay. Management eventually fixes them, but they are not ideal
Bug bomb the whole unit to get rid of roaches
