Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Tenant reviews for 756 Myrtle Avenue reveal a generally clean building with spacious apartments, friendly doormen, and useful amenities such as laundry and a gym. Proximity to transit and parks is appreciated. However, noise from street-facing units and thin walls are common complaints. Pest control is inconsistent, with some tenants experiencing cockroach and rodent issues, though others report no problems. Management responsiveness varies, with several tenants citing slow or difficult communication and unresolved maintenance issues. While many recommend the building, others caution about ongoing construction, reused spaces, and lack of attention to communal areas. Overall, it suits renters valuing space and amenities but seeking improved management and pest control.

Pretty good with some quirks
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, nice doormen, lots of space, pretty good noise isolation between units
Cons:
Really thin windows that let in a lot of street noise and cold

Overall good place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management could be more responsive and proactive but far from the worst landlords you'll find in NYC. Building is overall very clean with decent amenities, having doormen is a nice plus and all of them are very friendly. Some of our neighbors don't know how to properly sort their recycling in the bins on each floor, but on the upside, it's nice to have recycling bins / trash shoots on each floor.
Cons:
The roof has been "under refurbishment" since we moved here four years ago and management still won't allow people up there. Our super is friendly and good at his job but he's one guy and he's often swamped overseeing the entire building. Elevators don't break down very often but they're glitchy; weirdly you'll often get down to the ground floor faster if you press the "up" arrow, and vice versa.
