Solid place to live in 2019/2020
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great light, solid space, responsive owner
Cons:
One of the rooms had a bad leak and plaster started falling from the ceiling. Since it was during lockdown it wasn't fixed until after I moved out

Good building in a nice area.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is only 3 stories so move in is easy no matter which floor you live on. Every single room gets A TON of light. The area is very nice and pretty quiet.
Cons:
The buzzer never worked and the management company never fixed it even though we all asked them to so deliveries were a huge headache. It is a management company and the building is not rent-stabilized so they can hike prices however much they want which is why we ended up leaving.
