    Nice apartment with few issues

    Great building in a quiet neighborhood

    Pros:
    Loved loving here, the building was managed well and the landlord was responsive to any problems. We never had pests and the building felt safe.
    Cons:
    Had super rude neighbors who would write passive aggressive notes and leave them under the door or scold us in the hallway when we walked through. I never really had friends or guests over, so they were complaining about normal things that happen in a shared space- doors shutting or voices carrying as we walked down the hall.

    Nice units, laundry in the building, they’re cool with letting you keep your bike in the basement.
    Cons:
    Not the most responsive landlords.
