No Problems! Love living here.

Pros:
- Super lives on the same block
- responsive landlord
- small building (8 units overall)
- Dishwasher
- Laundry in building
- Tenant controls AC/Heating
- pets allowed
- Close to the L
- Close to grocery store
Cons:
I can’t think of any. I love my building and have renewed my lease for two years. Super is friendly and responsive during situations with clogged drains, changing our air filters, and times when we’ve locked ourselves out.
Advice to owner:
Make laundry free.

Close to everything Williamsburg’ish…
