All in all pretty good

Clean, smells nice, water views Supposedly they're going to clean our windows
Cons
Elevator traffic is high, waits can be long especially during work rush hour or when the building maintenance occupies one for trash room cleanup. There's one that's often out of service You have 'Central heat and air', bit only one at a time and it's controlled by the building. Was frustrating during a hot snap in spring when the building decided they didn't want to flip to ac The amenities are pricey
