It's a new build so very clean and well maintained. Lots of amenities though it'll cost you $125 a month. No issues with rodents or rats!
If apartment is on the Pacific side, it's next to an outdoor club which can be extremely loud. Also construction happening next door. & a bit pricey for the location.
