    So so experience

    Pros:
    Private outdoor space, big apartment
    Cons:
    Not clean when moved in, cracks in ceiling and management is slow to fix even when leaking. Overall slow with repairs and unresponsive.
    Advice to owner:
    Management should respond in a timely fashion to emergencies.
