Nice Staff and Facilities

Pros:
Everyone who works in the building is lovely. The doormen are great and I’ve never had an issue with packages. The amenities are great and they don’t charge a fee which is are a plus.
Cons:
Management could be better and more responsive. There are hidden fees in the lease and rent increases a lot year to year (even if you sign a multi year lease)
