Amazing place to call home
Former Tenant
Pros:
* Apartments themselves have nice interiors and plenty of space. Units get great light throughout the day. * All the staff working there (doormen, porters, super) are all incredible and really make this a great place to live * Location is great
Cons:
* Hot water had some issues in the building during the second half of last year. It seems like it's been a few months since it's been an issue so staying cautiously optimistic that it's fixed for good with the most recent repairs!

A “Lux-fordable” property
Former Tenant
Pros:
Solid new construction. Nothing crazy fancy, but you can’t hear your neighbors and common spaces are tidy.
Cons:
Gym is pretty lacking. Lounge is pretty sad.
Advice to owner:
No advice here

Expensive and somewhat run down for a building that sells itself as ‘luxury’
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to 5th avenue, the park, trains, etc. And units get great light all day.
Cons:
While the staff does what they can, overall the building is old and not well cared for. Floors in the unit are scratched, water damage shows in bathroom ceiling, hallways carpets are dirty, window treatments are dingy, constant water temperature and access issues, etc. This building is sold as a luxury building but it is not luxury. It is at best a nice amenities building.
Advice to owner:
Rethink how you position the building so people are not disappointed tes when they move in. Or invest in updating/ fixing the rough edges of the building

Great
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean building, i have never seen any pests. Nice apartment with a good ceiling height and large windows. Everyone who worked or works here are very nice!
Cons:
Entry door has no sound proofing, same with the bathroom.. if you have a guest over it can be awkward:)
Advice to owner:
Some times it was hard to comunicate with the management. Would be great to provide phone number to tenants.

I'm happy here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, quiet apartment, great kitchen, pet friendly, responsive super
Cons:
Not too much really, expensive though
Advice to owner:
Nothing I can think of really. I'm an easy tenant, but this has also been an easy place to live in.

Cons:
Expensive, off a main road

Nice place but old with a lot of problems
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s very spacious and the layout of the apartment is amazing. I love having my own washer and dryer and the front door staff are always so nice to everyone. Everyone that works for the building is super nice.
Cons:
The apartment feels like it’s slowly falling apart. Consistently hearing water dripping from the floor above. Management is slow to respond and almost impossible to reach. When I moved in I didn’t realize how many things were slowly falling apart (dryer doesn’t work very well, kitchen sink is leaking, plumbing is so bad in the bathroom, etc). I’ve also found baby cockroaches in my apartment and management has been slow to respond.
Advice to owner:
Have apartment walkthroughs prior to moving in and after moving out with tenants, make sure to maintenance the apartment in between tenants, update a lot of the interiors of the apartments, and ensure bug problems are handling as quickly as possible.
