Frequent drug addicts hang out on the doorstep, often abusive and threatening. Guests and visitors often did not feel safe walking back to the building at night. A significantly rougher area than it appears on first glance. Parental payments are made through an app that is at times unusable and provides no evidence of payment at all, leaving the renter in the dark and without evidence of payment history.

Good building new management impacted ratings
Pros
simple but good amenities, amazing rooftop, good neighbors, minimal noise, a lot of natural light
Cons
new management became less responsive, fixing things don’t always replace with equal or better equipment

get back to the roots of responsiveness and cleanliness
