Great staff / building
Pros
Love the staff and amenities. Amenities (like the gym and common area) are best I've seen in a building.
Cons
not too much that is bad. People keep to themselves. Elevators go out often.

Top amenities and staff
Pros
Clean, the building staff go above and beyond. Good units. Convenient access to Trader Joe’s and subway stations nearby. Secure package room
Cons
Next to Flatbush Ave so there are fairly frequent sirens and honking noise, which are subdued but still audible despite the triple paned windows
