Good quality midsize building
Pros
Building staff is very attentive and will follow up on service requests quickly (sometimes same day). They clean the entire building every other day, so it stays fresh. Units are a decent size and appliances are new and functional. Relatively soundproof, can sometimes hear neighboring children crying but it's not bad. Small but serviceable gym. Two outdoor terraces. Laundry room with tons of machines and a gorgeous view of Brooklyn. In general, it's a very well maintained building.
Cons
Some of the tenants are not courteous of common areas, specifically the laundry room. The staff will mop the room at 8 am and by 9 am, you'll see laundry detergent and dust all over the floor. Also, the building is non smoking but you often smell cigarette smoke in the bathroom coming from other units. If your unit faces the street, you will hear a lot of street noise when you open the window. Flatbush is a super busy street with trucks and ambulances passing often. When it's closed, the noise is very dull.
Advice to the owners
It's a great building, just wish some of the tenants took better care of common areas.

Great location, near two stations, and buses. Grocery story next door. Not too busy for Flatbush
Cons
Can get messy, the building has shared laundry and people have pets which can make your clothes itchy
